Vacuum Pump OP DV/DVB Series The rotor which is eccentrically assembled into the cylinder has the special-carbon-vanes and the vanes rotate touching the inside of the cylinder by centrifugal force. This type is oilless and can keep clean environment. Suitable for use printing mechine, packing machine, vacuum checking-equipment, carrying by sucking method of procision parts,carrying by sucking method of milk, other’s vacuum application

คุณสมบัติ

  • ปั๊มสูญญากาศ ระบบไม่ใช้น้ำมัน บำรุงรักษาง่าย เพราะมีระบบการทำงานหล่อลื่นด้วยตัวมันเอง ทนต่อการสึกหรอเนื่องจาก ใบพัดทำมาจากคาร์บอนชนิดพิเศษ
  • มีตัวควบคุมแรงดัน พร้อม Suction Filter และ Exhaust Silencer
  • ใช้งานง่ายเนื่องจากเป็นมอเตอรไฟฟ้าแบบต่อตรง
  • รุ่น DVB Series มีฟังก์ชั่น 2 ทางคือ เป็นทั้ง Vacuum (ดูด) และ Blower (เป่า)
  • ประกอบด้วยใบพัดสี่ใบ การดูดซับและปล่อยอากาศทำงานบนแต่ละใบพัดจะเกิดขึ้นสี่ครั้งในระหว่างการหมุนหนึ่งรอบ

  • This type (DVB) has 2-way functions a vacuum pump and a blower, and is compact.
  • This pump consist of four vanes. Action of the suction and exhaust on each vane is four time during one revolution.
